The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure-2 to this application, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the petitioners, Sonu Sahani @ Sonu Kumar, Chulhiya Devi, Sheo Sharan Sahani and Jai Sharan Sahani be
