The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S.Case No. 33 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that 34 litres of country made liquor were recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner has been in custody since 08.02.2017 and another coaccused namely Laloo Sahni, whose case is similarly situated to this petitioner, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 07.03.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 10014 of 2017 and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
