This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 registered under section 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section 52 of the Prisoners Act.
As per prosecution case, one criminal Manish Kumar was killed in the jail. Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2020. It has been submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner was also under trial and has been falsely implicated.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020.
