This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made by the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and has submitted that she has not named the petitioner and she has made specific allegation against the co-accused, Prince Kumar.
