The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4200 of 2019 (arising out of Nadi P.S. P.R. Case No. 53 of 2019), registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 100 liters country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody in this case since 30.04.2019.
