Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 03.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51107 of 2021 (Annexure - 1).

The trial court report dated 05.11.2022 reveals that charges have already been framed on 31.08.2022 and the case is pending for prosecution evidence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2020 and subsequently, similarly situated co-accused namely Saket Maharaj and Saurav Kumar Jha have been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 07.12.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40879 of 2022 and vide order dated 21.10.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33463 of 2021 respectively.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learnedAddl. Sessions Judge - 13, Begusarai in connection with Session Case No. 539/2021, arising out of Barauni (Garhara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 451/2020, G.R. No. 3908/2020.
