JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Sursand P.S. Case No. 172 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the Sections gave a very alarming picture but there are no facts to substantiate the said allegations. In fact, it has been clearly stated that the informant was petitioner's tractor driver. He had stolen the tractor's battery and sold it and there were serious differences with regard to payment in between the two and that is why only to pressurize the petitioner such a false and malafide case has been lodged.
Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17908 of 2015 (2) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 petitioner, namely, Santosh Thakur be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri in connection with Sursand P.S.
