Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020 for the offence under sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that only on suspicion that the victim was last seen wth the petitioner, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. The petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 20.5.2020.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36272 of 2020(3) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Banka, in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020.
