In the present case, petitioner has raised a grievance for non-compliance of the order 14.8.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14992 of 2013.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties. In paragraph 4 of the show cause categorical statement has been made about the status of different persons and it was found that Balram Kumar, Roll No.34874 is

Patna High Court MJC No.3861 of 2014 (2) dt.24-05-2017 absent in physical test and Pradeep Nath Tiwary has mentioned his Roll No. as 148082 whereas in the District Saran, Siwan and Gopalganj no petitioner of such roll number has applied for the post.

In view of the aforesaid statement, no case of contempt is made out against opposite parties.

Accordingly the present contempt proceeding is dropped.
