The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is inaction on the part of the Circle Officer, Fulwariya, Gopalganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent nos. 6 to 8 have made encroachment on public land and the Circle Officer is not taking action for removal of

Without going to the factual aspect of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle officer, Fulwariya, Gopalganj alongwith a copy of this order and the Circle Officer, Fulwariya, Gopalganj would be under obligation to register a regular case under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and thereafter, take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a maximum period of six months after hearing all stake holders including the alleged encroachers.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
