Patna High Court CWJC No.1799 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 It is jointly submitted at the Bar that identical issues have already been considered and decided of by this Court while allowing the C.W.J.C. No.972 of 2015 and other analogous matters.

Accordingly, these applications also stand allowed in terms of the decision dated 20.02.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.972 of 2015 and the impugned notices and certificates are quashed and set aside. Matter is remitted back to the Certificate Officer, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose of the certificate cases afresh in accordance with law.
