The petitioner seeks bail in Uda-Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 69/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country-made pistol was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2016.

It is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. For recovery of one country-made pistol the petitioner has already remained in jail for 10 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
