====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., ten named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant, his son and wife by means of lathi and sticks as a result of which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, a free fight took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 85 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
