Considering that the compassionate appointment for which the petitioner filed application was refused as back as in the year 2013 vide decision of the District Compassionate Committee dated 9.4.2013 and the petitioner has luxuriously chosen to take legal recourse after almost 3 years by filing the writ petition on 12.2.2016, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence for a lackadaisical approach of the petitioner to seek a writ remedy. The writ petition is dismissed.
