JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Superintendent of Police, Katihar (Respondent No. 2) should give a personal hearing to the petitioner fixing a proper date and time for the same. The petitioner shall place her case before the Superintendent of Police, Katihar with all supporting materials and her grievance with respect to the investigation, if any. The Superintendent of Police (Respondent No. 2) shall consider the same and ensure that the cause of death of the son of the petitioner be duly examined and an appropriate report in this regard be submitted in the court below within a
