2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, 11 named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and one Usha Devi, as a result of which, they sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute between the parties, maarpit took place resulting into case and counter case. As per F.I.R., 11 named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and one Usha Devi, but as per injury report, Usha Devi sustained only one injury on leg, which itself falsify the prosecution case. Case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023,
