The petitioner is accused in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017, registered under Section 30 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of recovery of 57 bottles, each containing 300 ML, country made liquor kept in a bag from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 13.01.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13435 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017.
