2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons has looted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that there was a minor accident in which there was dispute between the parties. The petitioner is a student, who had appeared in his intermediate examination on the date of occurrence. The documents in support of the contention of the

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st A.C.J.M.,-II, Saharsa /concerned Court below in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025.
