Perused the revisional order dated 23.06.2014 passed by learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Patna in Criminal Revision No. 578/2013/3080/14, by which the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Patna has refused to interfere with the order taking cognizance and issuance of summons in so far as it relates to the present petitioner. The learned Sessions Judge has discussed the materials available on record, the statement of the witnesses in the case diary and having been satisfied with the correctness of the order taking cognizance refused to interfere with the same.
