The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.396 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 353, 307 and 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In view of the fact that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and none has sustained any injury from the informant side, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in
