2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 395, 399, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 23.11.2019 at about 12.35 PM, 6-7 miscreants entered the Muthoot Finance Company Ltd., Hajipur branch and looted 55.777 gm. of Gold and cash of Rs. 50,000/-. They also snatched mobile phones from the staff of the company and fled away.
4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade, in spite of being in custody since 03.09.2020.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge - V, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 172 + 131 / 2020, arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 1052 of 2019.
