ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. It has been submitted that even though, the Petitioner was granted bail by this Court by the order dated 17.4.2015 but he did not file the said order.

The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 22.11.2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 39 of 2013 by the Additional Sessions Judge III, West Champaran at Bettiah.

Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any merit in the Revision application.

However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
