Prayer in this application is for grant of bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 312 of 2016 registered under section 20(B) (ii) (A) of the N.D.P.S. Act. The allegation is of possession 400 gm of Ganja. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only a small quantity (400 gms) of ganja has been recovered for which minor punished is provided under the law. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2016 having no criminal antecedents. Considering the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10383 of 2017 (3) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in N.D.P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016, arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 312 of 2016 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own close family members. He shall appear on each date fixed at the trial.
