Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner got employment as A.N.M. in the hospital on the basis of forged nursing certificate.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the veracity of the genuineness of nursing certificate has still not been finally verified and petitioner is not at present working as A.N.M. It is further submitted that after due enquiry and receiving the report from the Bihar Nursing Council, the First Information Report was lodged on the direction of the Civil Surgeon.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17538 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 Considering the fact that the petitioner is not working at present and she is a lady, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
