2. The grievance of the petitioner is for non furnishing of mark-sheet of B.Ed Course for the Sessions 20152017 and College Leaving Certificate by Indu Devi Ranjeet Kumar Prakash Professional College, Hajipur, Vaishali.
3. Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.5/College submits that the petitioner may visit the College tomorrow or a day after and he will be provided with the mark-sheet and CLC by the Director of the College.
4. In view of the undertaking given by Director of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21841 of 2018(6) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 College who is being represented by Mr. Arun Kumar, I direct the petitioner to approach the Director of the College tomorrow or a day after and if the petitioner visits the College for the purpose of receiving the certificates, the Director shall be obliged to provide the original copy of B.Ed Mark-sheet as well as College Leaving Certificate.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the petition stands disposed of.
