2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Some criminals were arrested planning a loot. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 02.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Bochaha Police Station, District-Muzaffarpur on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
