JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.506 of 2014 instituted under Sections-498 A, 323, 420, 494 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section-313 of the Indian Penal Code.

Apart from other allegations, the allegation is that the petitioner has married a second time which is not being denied by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain this application. However, within four weeks from today, the petitioner may surrender before the Court below and prays for regular bail, the same would be considered by the Court below without being prejudiced by order of this Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
