The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case, as evident from Annexure-5 to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35566 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 bail application.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
