This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Country made liquor of 200 pouches were allegedly recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2016. During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook on behalf of petitioner that if the petitioner would be found accused in any such type of case in future, his bail bond may be cancelled in the present case also.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 to the

No.11327 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Munger, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also.
