JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga, to dispose off the Land Dispute Case No. 88 of 2018, within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the aforesaid Land Dispute Case No. 88 of 2018, if not already disposed off, in accordance with law and after hearing the respective parties, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
