This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No.119 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.285 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
As per the F.I.R., the deceased was killed by unknown persons. The petitioner and one Raj @ Md. Raj are suspected to have killed the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2022. He has clean antecedent. Co-accused Raj @ Md. Raj has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.35204 of 2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S.
