2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are the father-in-law and brother-in-law (dewar) of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is general and omnibus allegations levelled against them and they are in custody since 29.03.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, this application for regular bail is allowed.
