2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 709C of 2013.
3. It is submitted that despite best efforts by the petitioner amicable settlement could not be achieved with the Opposite Party No. 2. While he expresses his willingness to keep her, she has not been forthcoming,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24945 of 2014 (5) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 which is evident from the very fact that even before this Court she did not appear on 21.01.2015 nor even today and she remained unrepresented.
4. It is further pointed out that even before learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger she had not co-operated in the matter of reconciliation of the matrimonial disputes. It is further stated that Divorce Case No. 1090 of 2013 has been filed and is pending.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 709C of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
