Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the informant and the petitioners are all agnates and there is dispute with regard to partition pending. The allegation of assault with farsa on the head is on Ganga Sahani whose anticipatory bail application has been rejected by this Court recently in Cr Misc No 47575 of 2014 by order dated 23.04.2015. Apart from general and omnibus allegations, there is nothing much specific as against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18243 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 these petitioners.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Damariaghat PS Case No 34 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
