The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021 registered under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local party politics. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., clearly stated that she was forcibly seated by Co-accused Rajesh Kumar in the vehicle. She did not take the name of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48534 of 2021(4) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 petitioners. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. shailendra/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
