This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363, 370, 372, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 2(2) and 3(2) of the Human Trafficking Act.

The petitioners are close relations of the informant. They had taken the minor son of the informant on the pretext of providing him education at Hyderabad. Later on the Children Welfare Society at Hyderabad took custody of the child as they were found working as labours.

Submission of the petitioners is that the petitioners have got no such criminal antecedent and they would file affidavit before the Court below that they would not indulge in such activity in future. The petitioners are in custody since 3rd and 2nd January, 2017,

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner(s) has/have committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond(s) of the petitioner(s) in this case also (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
