The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though the petitioner has been named in the First Information Report but without any specific accusation. Several persons are alleged to have killed the cousin of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the other accused persons of this case have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35910 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 granted bail by different Benches of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2019. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Barhara P.S.
