Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar O.P.) P.S. Case No.282 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 342, 343, 323, 353, 427, 379

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48582 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Epidemic Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners were members of the mob.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar O.P.) P.S. Case No.282 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
