2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 , 324, 341 , 307, 325 , 504, 506, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner assaulted on the head and nose of one Ajay Rai with Farsa .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to pre existing land dispute an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injury . Case and counter case . There is no repetition of blow against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Saran at Chapra in connection with G.R.
