The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 650 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that as per allegation in the first information report, the informant himself stated that he received injury on his waist but on perusal of injury report, no injury has been found on the waist of the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 650 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
