The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 386, 379, 411 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of demand of ransom and snatching of mobiles and money from the informant by the petitioner along with others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the stolen article was recovered from the apprehended co-accused, namely, Rishu Kumar. He further submits that petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot and no any recovery has been made from his conscious possession

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi/concerned Court in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
