The petitioner has questioned the situs of the booth for election of Bhanpura Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society in the district of Lakhisarai.
That the election has already been held the issue raised by the petitioner has become academic and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
Should any such occasion arise in the next election, the petitioner would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate authorities of the State Government as well as the State Election Authority.
