This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Some unknown person committed murder of Rajiv Kumar @ Lallan. Four persons, including the petitioner, are under suspicion and named in the first information report. Co-accused, Mukul Choudhary, similarly situated, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50132 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 774 of 2016 arising out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, II, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
