This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 47, 53(C) and 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the house of the petitioners, country made liquor was allegedly recovered. Petitioner no. 1 has got similar type of antecedent and other petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no. 1 is in jail since 06.03.2017 and rest petitioners are from 15.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court.
