Petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 G.R. No. 1264 of 2018 for the offence under sections 379, 356, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case was registered against three unknown. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39585 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 custody for more than nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018.
