The grievance of the petitioner stands noted in the order dated 19.6.2017 and briefly stated is that having been appointed as Anganwari Sevika of Centre No. 126, Dhobi Tola, Village Bagen, in the district of Buxar she is not being allowed to function. It is her grievance that she has filed her complaint before the District Programme Officer which is registered as Case No. 10/2015, a copy of which has been placed on record vide Annexure 6 to the writ petition but the same remains pending.
It is in consideration of the grievance raised that the State Counsel was directed to seek instruction and when they have filed a counter affidavit enclosing a copy of the order passed by the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.777 of 2016 dt.27-07-2017 Programme Officer vide Annexure 'A' to the counter affidavit, whereby the appeal has been rejected.
Since under the guidelines, the order passed by the District Programme Officer is appealable, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to exhaust appellate remedy so available to him.
