Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.02 of 2018, registered under Sections 498A, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant alleged that she was married to Chandan Kumar, son of Panchanand Sah on 16.04.2017 and after marriage she went to her Sasural. She further alleged that her husband took her to Guwahati and thereafter her husband and all other in-laws began to demand Rs.5,00,000/-. Due to non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry, her husband and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are maternal uncles of the husband of the informant. Only allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners persuaded for settlement of the marriage of the informant with Chandan Kumar.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are maternal uncles of the husband of the informant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.02 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
