2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2016 in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as death of the deceased had occurred owing to illness.

4. Learned counsel for the APP submits on the basis of the post mortem report as appearing in the case diary that the cause of death was strangulation.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
