Patna High Court MJC No.1221 of 2022(4) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. It is, thus, submitted that the order of this court dated 11.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 3567 of 2022 has stood complied with.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law for assailing the aforesaid order dated 22.04.2025. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
