The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Hasanpur Rail P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014 registered under Section 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2015, only two out of seven witnesses have been examined so far during trial.

Considering the nature of the allegation and the period undergone in custody, the petitioner is directed to be
